Myung Chul Lee, MD, PhD(Orthopedic Surgery)

Dr. Lee obtained his Medical Doctor degree from Seoul National University in 1983, and now is a professor and chairman of Department of Orthopedic Surgery, Seoul National University Hospital and Seoul National University College of Medicine. He is also the 2017 president of Asia-Pacific Knee, Arthroscopy and Sports Medicine Society (APKASS), the president of Korean Knee Society (2017-2018) and the president-elect of Korean Orthopedic Sports Medicine Society (2018-2019).

His main clinical and basic researches are focused on the field of  knee ligament reconstruction, cartilage regeneration, and knee osteotomy and knee arthroplasty. He has published more than 100 SCI papers during his career.
