Dr. Nicholas DePhillipo is a clinician scientist who has specialized training in the field of sports medicine and musculoskeletal-related pathology. He earned his B.S. degree in Athletic Training at Rowan University in 2013 followed by an M.S. degree in Exercise Physiology and Applied Biomechanics at the University of Hawaii at Manoa in 2015. He went on to complete a 13-month fellowship in orthopedics at The Steadman Clinic in Vail, CO, where he developed a broad range of technical expertise at the highest level including physical examination, diagnosis, acute care, surgery, and postoperative rehabilitation. Shortly after, he became a full-time staff member for Dr. Robert LaPrade, M.D., Ph.D., where he acted as the first assistant in the operating room and clinic, helping treat patients with complex knee injuries from 2016-2019.
